This opportunity invites experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) to support a high school caseload in a dynamic educational setting. Located in Redwood City, CA, this full-time contract position provides the chance to contribute to a supportive environment focused on the communication development of students.
Ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Speech Language Pathology in schools, healthcare, or pediatric settings
- Certification as an SLP with CCC or clinical fellowship year (CFY) experience
- Skill delivering teletherapy services
- Experience specifically working with high school students
- Familiarity with the SLP Assistant role in school or healthcare environments
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct speech-language services to high school students to support their communication needs
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to develop tailored intervention plans
- Maintaining thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participating in team meetings to ensure cohesive support for each students development goals
