Job Description

An exceptional opportunity is available for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist ready to make a significant impact in a K-12 school setting in San Diego, CA. This full-time position for the 2025-2026 school year invites professionals who are passionate about enhancing the communication skills of students and providing tailored support to their diverse needs.

Qualifications:

  • Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or CFY (Clinical Fellow Year) supervision experience
  • Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Location:

  • San Diego, California

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students communication needs
  • Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation of services rendered
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions to promote social language skills
