Job Description

This position offers an opportunity for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services within a K-12 school setting in San Antonio, TX. This contract role runs from August through June 2026, requiring 37.5 hours per week onsite. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, supporting a diverse student population with a range of speech and language needs.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Texas licensure as an SLP with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in educational settings
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
  • Familiarity with school-based caseload management across K-12 grades
  • Ability to deliver culturally responsive, bilingual support is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
  • Provide direct therapy and intervention services tailored to students communication needs
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain detailed documentation and compliance with state regulations and school policies
  • Participate in professional development and utilize guidance from clinical advisory teams
