Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide essential services in an engaging elementary school environment located in Salem, OR. This full-time position will span the entire 2025/26 school year, focusing on creating impactful communication strategies for students.

Qualifications:

  • Active Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings
  • Holding CCC-SLP certification or working towards it, including CFY
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)

Location: Salem, OR - Elementary School

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments to students
  • Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student's needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student goals
  • Deliver direct SLP services to students and monitor their progress
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a holistic approach to student care
