A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the contract school year from January 26, 2026, to June 19, 2026, based in Salem, NH. This role supports high school students and requires licensure in New Hampshire along with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to high school students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Participate in faculty and department meetings twice a month.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines.
- Adapt therapy sessions based on student needs and progress.
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP licensure in New Hampshire is mandatory.
- Holding the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- Experience working in a school environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Work Schedule and Location:
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
- Work hours from 7:15 AM to 2:15 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Contract is contingent upon school snow days.
- Onsite position within a high school setting.
- Regular participation in twice-monthly meetings on Wednesdays.
