Job Description

This full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position offers an opportunity to support a high-needs K-12 school district in Saint Paul, MN. The role is contracted for the current school year, starting in February 2026 and continuing until the end of the school year, totaling 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in a high-needs classroom setting.
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
  • Participate in team meetings, documentation, and compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Minnesota state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Current licensure as a School SLP in Minnesota.
  • Previous experience working in high-needs educational environments preferred.

Location:

  • Saint Paul, Minnesota, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
