A K-12 public school in Saint Francis, MN is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the team for a full-semester contract position. This role focuses on providing essential communication support to students, helping them overcome speech and language challenges to succeed academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student evaluations
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and prepare reports as required
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide recommendations
- Assist students in enhancing articulation, fluency, voice, and language skills
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
- Strong assessment and therapeutic skills for pediatric populations
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining detailed documentation

Duration: Full Semester Contract
