Job Description

An onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year in Saint Augustine, FL. This role focuses on providing exceptional communication support to K-12 students and is open to both full-time and part-time candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic services for students with speech and language disorders.
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents.
  • Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting therapy as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic student needs.

Qualifications:

  • Florida SLP-CCC or SLP-CF license with Department of Education endorsement.
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience in pediatric speech therapy, ideally within a school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
