Job Description

In a supportive educational environment, professionals deliver vital speech and language services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This onsite role in Roselle, IL, spans the full school year, focusing on enhancing communication skills for a diverse caseload.

Qualifications:

  • Active IL state Speech-Language Pathologist licensure from ASHA
  • CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience working in K-12 settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Location: Roselle, IL

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement appropriate therapy plans tailored to individual students
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student goals
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation required by state laws
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team
