Job Description

A full-time bilingual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year at a K-12 school in Romeoville, IL. This contract role runs from August 11, 2025, through May 22, 2026, and offers the opportunity to work onsite with a manageable caseload across two buildings at most.

Responsibilities include providing speech and language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade, conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with educators and families to support student success. The role requires flexibility in traveling between two buildings within the school district.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Must hold a valid Illinois state license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Bilingual proficiency required
  • Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff
