Job Description

This full-time, onsite opportunity allows you to focus your expertise within a single school site, serving a diverse group of pre-kindergarten through 6th grade students. Youll collaborate with a committed team of educators and put your Speech-Language Pathology knowledge to work in a role that offers both consistency and meaningful connection.

Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active California SLP License (or eligibility)
  • Current PPS Credential required
  • Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) and those with CCC
  • Prior school-based experience or enthusiasm to grow in this setting
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Passion for working with children ages 312

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and intervention services to a caseload of up to 50 students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and families to support student growth
  • Monitor and document progress; participate in IEP meetings
  • Address both receptive and expressive language skills, articulation, fluency, and social communication needs
  • Maintain detailed records in compliance with district and state policies
