Job Description

Enthusiastic and dedicated professionals are sought to provide exceptional speech-language pathology services in an educational setting. This role involves working with students across grades K-12, focusing on their diverse communication needs for the 2025-2026 school year.

Location: Rockford, IL

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' goals.
  • Provide direct intervention and support in both individual and group settings.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress.

Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP Professional Educator License (PEL) with endorsement.
  • Experience in pediatric speech therapy, preferably within a school setting.
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and educational frameworks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
