Bring your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist to a vibrant educational environment working with middle and high school students for the 2025-2026 school year! This contract opportunity runs from April through June 2026 and offers a full-time schedule of 32.5 hours per week, giving you the chance to make a real difference as students navigate pivotal academic and social milestones.
Your experience and specialized skills in school-based speech therapy will be highly appreciated. In this role, youll collaborate closely with educators and families to support students communication development and academic success.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in K-12 or school-based settings strongly preferred
- Knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and documentation practices
- Adept at delivering therapy both individually and in group sessions
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide direct evaluation, intervention, and consultative speech-language services
- Develop, update, and monitor educational plans (IEPs) for students on your caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to address students unique needs
- Deliver therapy that promotes academic and social participation
- Maintain thorough documentation of progress and compliance with all regulations
- Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise to student success planning
