Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in K-12 or school-based settings strongly preferred
• Knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and documentation practices
• Adept at delivering therapy both individually and in group sessions
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide direct evaluation, intervention, and consultative speech-language services
• Develop, update, and monitor educational plans (IEPs) for students on your caseload
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to address students unique needs
• Deliver therapy that promotes academic and social participation
• Maintain thorough documentation of progress and compliance with all regulations
• Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise to student success planning
