An opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support high school students within a dynamic educational environment in Riverside, CA. This contract position is designed for the complete school year (CSY), offering a chance to make a meaningful impact on student communication and learning development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for high school students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support students progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies
- Provide consultative support and training to school staff regarding communication disorders
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Certification and Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with high school-aged students in educational settings
- Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
