A contract opening is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) serving K-12 students in the Savannah, GA area. This role requires a current Georgia SLP license and experience working in school settings with children of varying ages and speech-language needs.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) is preferred
- Experience providing speech and language services in K-12 schools
- Strong assessment, intervention, and collaboration skills
Location:
- Savannah, GA (contract role)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) targeting communication goals
- Deliver direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations
