Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible CCC-SLP certification strongly preferred; open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly valued
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms and in-person services
- Knowledge of assessment tools, IEP processes, and relevant laws and ethics in school environments
- Effective communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Organizational skills to balance caseload management and therapy documentation
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions tailored to each students needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans to support IEP goals
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents for holistic student support
- Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences
- Engage in teletherapy as required, utilizing best practices for remote interventions
- Stay current with developments in SLP, attending professional development as needed
