Job Description

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support an elementary and middle school caseload in Reading, PA. This contract role begins immediately and continues through the end of the current school year, providing a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' communication skills in a dynamic school environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies
  • Participate in team meetings and provide consultation as needed

Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with elementary and middle school populations preferred
  • Knowledge of speech and language disorders and intervention strategies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite to deliver direct services to students
