Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC).

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to manage caseloads across multiple sites, adapting to varying student needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to determine student speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student.
  • Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress in alignment with IEP goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a comprehensive approach to student learning.
