Job Description

Seeking multiple skilled Speech-Language Pathologists for a contract position in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This role focuses on providing comprehensive communication support to students across various grade levels in a K-12 school setting, starting in August for the full school year.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language disorders.
  • Deliver direct therapy services to a diverse caseload, typically averaging 55 students.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to implement IEP goals and facilitate student success.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide insights on student needs and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist License or CA CTC.
  • CCC-SLP certification preferred.
  • Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly within a school setting.
  • Familiarity with teletherapy practices is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
