Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language assessments to students across multiple grade levels.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students' needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students communication goals.
• Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress in accordance with IEP requirements.
• Participate in professional development and staff meetings as required.

Qualifications:

• Certified Speech-Language Pathologist with a valid California SLP License or CTC credential.
• Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students.
• Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language disorders and effective intervention strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Ability to manage caseloads and adapt to varying schedules and locations.
