Job Description

A leave contract position is available for an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) serving both elementary and high school student populations. This role primarily supports an elementary caseload, with additional responsibility for approximately 10 high school students. The assignment is based in Purcellville, VA, and offers a structured full-time schedule.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Virginia SLP License required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Experience working in school settings highly desirable
  • Ability to manage caseloads encompassing elementary and high school students effectively

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary documentation in compliance with state and district regulations

Position Details:

  • Location: Elementary and High School settings in Purcellville, VA
  • Start Date: January 5, 2026
  • End Date: April 2026
  • Schedule: 7.5 hours per day with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break (35 hours per week)
  • Job Type: Leave contract
