Job Description

Make a meaningful difference supporting student communication as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year! In this full-time contract position, youll play an integral role across elementary, middle, and high school settings, providing expert assessment and intervention for a dynamic student caseload. Youll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver customized therapy that enhances language, articulation, voice, and fluency skills, helping students achieve their academic and social goals.

What Were Seeking:

  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC required)
  • Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
  • Comprehensive understanding of speech and language disorders affecting children and adolescents
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

What Youll Do:

  • Manage a caseload of approximately 38-40 students from elementary through high school
  • Perform thorough assessments and provide both direct and consultative speech/language services
  • Develop measurable treatment goals in alignment with IEP objectives
  • Partner with educators, families, and other professionals to support each students progress
  • Maintain accurate records and timely documentation according to school and legal requirements
  • Deliver services onsite within the school community, enabling impactful face-to-face intervention

This is a full-time contract assignment (37.5 hours/week) beginning August 31, 2026, and continuing through June 3, 2027. Enjoy the opportunity to serve diverse age groups and develop meaningful connections with students as you help them overcome communication barriers.
