Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology) required
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a K-12 caseload and adapt interventions across age groups
• Commitment to compliance with state and federal regulations

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students onsite
• Conduct assessments, write IEP goals, and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support language and communication development
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with school policies
