Qualifications:

• Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
• Experience in pediatric speech therapy, preferably in school settings

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Location:
Prince George, VA

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the case manager for students with speech-language impairments (SLI), overseeing a caseload of 55 elementary students.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with the special education team.
• Provide direct therapy to students requiring speech and language support, tailoring sessions to meet diverse needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings to discuss student progress and adjust therapy goals as necessary.
• Supervise and support Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) as required.
