Job Description

You'll provide essential speech-language services to students across all grade levels. Most positions are full time (37.5 hours per week), and there is also a .7 full time option. Caseloads typically remain at or below 48 students, though they may occasionally range up to 60, offering opportunities for both variety and meaningful one-on-one engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Valid ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certificate for Washington State
  • Active WA SLP License
  • CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
  • Must be fingerprinted through OSPI
  • School-based SLP experience preferred
  • Commitment to in-person services only
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals tailored to individual needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to foster student growth
  • Maintain detailed and compliant documentation
  • Support students across diverse grade levels and abilities
  • Participate actively in team meetings and professional development
