What were looking for:
- Valid Florida Speech-Language Pathology license and appropriate school credentials
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- SLPs with CCC or those currently completing their Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
- Background working with pediatric and/or school-aged children encouraged
- Ability to manage varied caseloads and tailor therapy plans to diverse student needs
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
What youll do:
- Evaluate and provide direct therapeutic services to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student progress
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and comprehensive treatment goals
- Document progress and maintain required records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in meetings, assessments, and activities that support student success
