What were looking for:

• Valid Florida Speech-Language Pathology license and appropriate school credentials
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
• SLPs with CCC or those currently completing their Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
• Background working with pediatric and/or school-aged children encouraged
• Ability to manage varied caseloads and tailor therapy plans to diverse student needs
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

What youll do:

• Evaluate and provide direct therapeutic services to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student progress
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and comprehensive treatment goals
• Document progress and maintain required records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in meetings, assessments, and activities that support student success
