Located near Pine Mountain, GA, this role supports diverse learners in a dynamic educational setting with a full-time, 35.5 hour per week schedule across five days. Qualifications:
- Valid Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Possession of the Professional Standards Commission (PSC) credential
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Dedication to fostering student growth and inclusion
- Experience or willingness to work with K-12th students preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to a K-12 caseload (specific student numbers to be determined)
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans addressing speech, language, voice, and fluency needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure seamless integration of therapy recommendations within the classroom
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and required reporting
- Contribute to IEP meetings and support the overall special education process
- Adapt approaches to meet the varied needs of students
