Qualifications:

  • Certified Speech Language Pathologist (CCC)
  • Valid Arizona SLP License and IVP Fingerprint Card
  • Experience in school settings preferred
  • Strong assessment and evaluation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement Individual Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Location:

  • Phoenix, AZ
  • Onsite at a K-12 School

Responsibilities:

  • Administer assessments to evaluate students speech and language skills
  • Develop and implement strategies for effective learning
  • Schedule and participate in IEP meetings, ensuring collaborative support for students
  • Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations for articulation, fluency, and language
  • Write and submit evaluation summary reports
  • Consult with parents, teachers, and staff regarding student progress and needs
  • Manage student schedules for direct and consultative services as outlined in IEPs
