Job Description

An opportunity exists for a skilled professional to support students in a dynamic K-12 educational environment in Paso Robles, CA. This contract position is designed to cover a maternity leave, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact on students communication needs from October to mid-December 2025.

Qualifications:

  • Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • CCC-SLP certification
  • Experience in pediatric speech therapy
  • Proficient in conducting evaluations and developing IEPs
  • Strong background in teletherapy practices
  • Ability to collaborate with educational staff and families

Location:

  • Paso Robles, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to students
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Manage a varied caseload across different grade levels
  • Maintain accurate documentation of service delivery and student progress
