Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current Colorado licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Certification from the Colorado Department of Education (CDE)
  • Completion of a masters degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
  • School-based SLP experience is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate closely with educators, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in a diverse student population
  • Develop, implement, and monitor therapy plans in accordance with IEPs
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, counselors, and support teams to facilitate student progress
  • Conduct regular screenings and evaluations; document treatment outcomes
  • Provide resources and guidance to parents and educators on communication needs
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress review
