Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings.
  • Previous experience with K-12 students is preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills.

Location:

  • Parachute, CO
  • On-site at 2 or 3 schools within the district.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students on your caseload.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement communication strategies in the classroom.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities.
