Your expertise will guide a diverse caseload, ranging from early learners to school-aged students across various abilities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or related field)
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year candidates also welcome
- Prior experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery
- State licensure (or eligibility) for practicing as an SLP in California
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy sessions tailored to each students needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teamsincluding teachers, parents, and specialiststo facilitate student success
- Complete IEP documentation, progress reports, and required assessments in a timely manner
- Provide services in both onsite and virtual environments as needed
- Engage in regular professional development to stay updated on best practices
