Qualifications:

  • Active Florida Speech Language Pathologist license and school credentials
  • Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Professional experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations
  • CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred
  • Familiarity with diverse populations and various communication disorders

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support overall student development
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
