A contract opportunity is available for a Speech Language Pathologist to support an elementary school in Owego, NY during the current school year. This role offers part-time hours, providing a focused environment to deliver impactful speech and language services within an educational setting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage cases effectively, ensuring individualized plans are followed and updated
- Provide both direct and indirect therapy services tailored to student needs
- Track and document student progress accurately to inform ongoing treatment and reporting
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology required
- Valid New York state license as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Minimum of 2 years professional experience as an SLP, preferably in a school environment
- Strong skills in case management and therapy delivery
Details:
- 20 hours per week
- Contract duration: ASAP through end of school year
