What You Bring:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current or eligible NY state SLP license
• SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials welcomed
• Strong interest or experience in pediatric and school-based caseloads
• Flexibility for itinerant travel between two school sites (with paid travel)
• Commitment to collaborative teamwork and effective communication with educators and families

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to a diverse K-12 population
• Evaluate students communication needs and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Serve as an integral member of the IEP team; participate in meetings and provide documentation as needed
• Adapt intervention strategies to students unique needs, ensuring progress toward IEP goals
• Regularly consult with teachers and other professionals to optimize support
• Attend paid team meetings and utilize indirect/administrative hours for planning and collaboration
• Benefit from ongoing supervision (as appropriate, CFs welcome)
