A Speech Language Pathologist position is available near Oswego, IL, serving an early childhood caseload within a school setting. This contract role offers a full-time schedule throughout the school year (NSY), ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in pediatric speech-language pathology and experience in educational environments.
Responsibilities include providing speech-language therapy services tailored to early childhood learners, conducting assessments, developing individualized intervention plans, collaborating with educators and families, and documenting progress in accordance with professional and regulatory standards. The role involves both direct therapy and teletherapy options, catering to diverse learner needs.
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP License required
- Experience or licensure as an SLP in school settings, including Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Background in pediatric speech-language pathology
- Familiarity with teletherapy service delivery preferred
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) is a plus
- Ability to manage caseloads effectively and work collaboratively with school teams
