Qualifications:

  • Valid Minnesota SLP license, visibly including dual certification; PDF required for submission
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or open to Clinical Fellows
  • Experience working with school-aged children or early learners
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Willingness to work onsite in a team-oriented K-12 school environment

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students across assigned elementary campuses
  • Assess, diagnose, and write treatment plans for students identified with speech-language disabilities
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with school district and state requirements
  • Collaborate frequently with teachers, support staff, and families to best support student goals
  • Address a diverse caseloadeach Speech-Language Pathologist will be matched to a specific elementary school, focusing on full-time onsite services

This position schedules 37.5 hours of onsite work each week, Monday through Friday, beginning August 25, 2026 through June 10, 2027. Campus assignments include Hamilton ES, Hoover ES, Madison ES, Ramsey ES, University Avenue ES, and Rum River.
