Job Description

A part-time or full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide maternity leave coverage at an early childhood school located in Osseo, MN. This position begins in April and continues through the end of the school year, offering a contract-to-hire opportunity.

Key responsibilities include delivering speech and language assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapy to support students' communication needs in an early childhood educational setting. Collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams will be essential to foster language development and address speech challenges.

Desired qualifications:

  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Eligibility or current licensure as an SLP within school settings
  • Completion or active participation in a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
  • Strong understanding of early childhood communication disorders and intervention techniques

This role offers the flexibility of part-time or full-time engagement with weekly pay on an hourly basis. Benefits are included, providing added support for the duration of the contract.
