A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensed with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide services in a school setting located in Osseo, MN. This role focuses on delivering specialized speech and language support to students within the educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations, individual and group therapy sessions tailored to student needs
- Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Provide consultation to teachers, parents, and other school staff regarding communication disorders and intervention strategies
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to speech-language services in schools
Qualifications and Experience:
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with a current Minnesota license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders affecting children and adolescents
- Ability to engage effectively with students, families, and educational teams
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
