In Orting, WA, we have an opportunity for a skilled professional to provide specialized speech-language services within a K-12 educational setting. This full-time position focuses primarily on middle school students, with some involvement at the high school level, addressing the needs of approximately 50 learners with mild to moderate disabilities.

Qualifications:

• Valid Washington SLP license
• Experience in pediatric speech-language therapy
• Proficiency in teletherapy practices
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and other specialists
• Active Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist License
• Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification

Location: Orting, WA

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student.
• Provide direct therapy services and support for students with identified speech-language challenges.
