Job Description

A rewarding opportunity for a skilled Speech Language Pathologist has become available in Olympia, WA. This contract position is set to run from September 3, 2025, to June 23, 2026, and involves providing comprehensive SLP services within a high school setting.

Location: Olympia, WA

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver school-based speech and language pathology services to students across all levels.
  • Conduct evaluations to assess student needs and develop tailored IEPs.
  • Manage case documentation and participate in collaborative meetings as a key team member.
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to educators and parents regarding student progress.
  • Travel between school sites as required, with compensation for travel time.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington State Department of Health SLP License.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-CLP) and WA State SLP ESA.
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with diverse populations.
  • Ability to manage multiple caseloads in an itinerant role.
