Job Description

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Odessa, TX, supporting a school environment with a caseload of 60-65 students. This onsite contract role offers the opportunity to work closely with students and contribute to their communication development in a dynamic educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to a diverse student population.
  • Supervise and collaborate with up to two Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to maximize student support.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and conduct regular assessments to monitor progress.
  • Communicate effectively with educators, parents, and school staff to support student success.

Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP License required.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) by ASHA preferred.
  • Experience working in school settings with pediatric caseloads recommended.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to manage supervision responsibilities.
