Job Description

A dynamic opportunity is available for a dedicated professional skilled in delivering comprehensive speech and language services within an educational setting. This position is focused on providing support to students from TK through 12th grade, addressing a variety of needs through assessment and intervention.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
  • Experience with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings
  • Proficient in conducting initial assessments and re-evaluations
  • Strong case management skills and ability to collaborate with IEP teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Location: Oceanside, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment findings
  • Provide direct speech and language services to a caseload averaging 55 students
  • Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and parents to support student goals
  • Manage and document progress for each student as part of ongoing evaluation
