Qualifications:

• Certified Speech-Language Pathologist with a CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in early education settings
• Strong assessment and intervention skills to address a variety of communication needs
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and support staff
• Dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Location:

• Ocean Shores, WA

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language disorders, developing tailored intervention plans
• Maintain a manageable caseload of 50-55 students, ensuring personalized support and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to create a holistic approach to student growth
• Provide early intervention services, promoting foundational communication skills
• Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) in partnership with educational staff
