Job Description

Engage your expertise in a dynamic K-12 educational environment in Ocean Shores, WA, where you will provide essential speech-language pathology services to students. Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Washington State SLP license
  • Certified through the ESA (Educational Staff Associate)
  • Experience in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other specialists

Location: Ocean Shores, WA

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and provide diagnosis for students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment results
  • Deliver direct therapy services to a varied caseload, approximately 50 students
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to support students communication needs
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as required by state regulations
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a supportive educational environment
