Qualifications and Experience Desired:

• Active California Speech Language Pathologist license (SLP)

• Strong collaboration skills with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Capable of performing assessments, creating individualized education plans (IEPs), and documenting progress efficiently
• Comfort with onsite consultations and classroom-based therapy

Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for speech and language development
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate progress to staff and families
• Collaborate with school personnel and families to create supportive learning environments
• Maintain thorough and accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
