Job Description

A K-12 educational setting in North Hollywood, CA is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide support for students across various grade levels. This contract role is set to begin in March 2026 and conclude in early June 2026, offering approximately 30-35 hours per week and an average caseload of around 45 students. The exact school site and schedule details will be determined and communicated accordingly.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist within school environments
  • Ability to manage and maintain caseloads averaging 45 students
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and students
  • Familiarity with educational and speech therapy standards for K-12 populations

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and individual therapy sessions tailored to student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with school and state regulations
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to enhance student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
