Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity Early Intervention Program (Norristown, PA Area)

A rewarding contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support the Early Intervention program in Delaware County, PA. This role offers flexibility with scheduling and the chance to make a meaningful impact on students across various communities including Upper Darby, Darby, Collingdale, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language pathology services to students enrolled in Early Intervention
  • Manage a caseload alongside a team of SLPs, delivering high-quality support tailored to individual needs
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals to enhance student outcomes
  • Adapt service locations flexibly within designated zones for effective coverage

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid SLP license and Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) certification required; Emergency certificates are accepted
  • Experience working with school-aged children in Early Intervention or school settings preferred
  • Ability to work full-time (8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday) or part-time with a minimum commitment of two days per week
  • Flexibility to serve multiple zones within the service area

Location and Hours:

  • Based in Broomall, PA, with service areas including Norristown and surrounding communities
  • 35 hours per week for full-time positions; part-time options available starting at two days per week
