Job Description

Location: Norco, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students speech and language abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs.
  • Provide direct therapy to a caseload of 55 students, focusing on mild to severe disabilities.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate effective communication strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist License.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong understanding of speech and language disorders and intervention techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
