What You'll Need:
- Active California Speech-Language Pathology license
- Strong knowledge of pediatric SLP practices and school-based therapy
- Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms (preferred but not required)
- Experience working with diverse student populations is a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to a caseload of students across various ages and needs
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and maintain documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams to foster students progress
